’90 Day Fiancé’ star Loren Brovarnik undergoes ‘mommy makeover’ after having 3 kids
Loren Brovarnik recently revealed that she underwent a transformative procedure known as a “natural mommy makeover” one year after giving birth to her third child. Sharing a selfie with her doctor on Instagram, she expressed her excitement about the long-awaited procedure that she had extensively researched.
The star of “90 Day Fiancé” explained that she was referred to Dr. Dev Vibhakar by a childhood friend. Additionally, she disclosed that she suffered from abdominal diastasis, which caused discomfort. As a result, she opted for a tummy tuck to realign her muscles. Brovarnik also shared her desire to enhance her breasts and revealed that she would be undergoing a 360 liposuction and fat transfer to achieve her desired look.
Emphasizing the importance of a more natural approach, she expressed her enthusiasm for sharing her journey with her followers. Following the surgeries, Brovarnik sent a video message to her fans, expressing her gratitude for their support and providing details about the procedures she had undergone. She assured them that she was recovering well and that the bandages were temporary.
Loren’s decision to undergo a mommy makeover comes a year after the birth of her third child, Ariel, in September. She and her husband, Alexei Brovarnik, are proud parents of three children, having welcomed their sons Shai and Asher in April 2020 and August 2021, respectively. The couple first gained recognition on the reality TV series “90 Day Fiancé” during Season 3 in 2015, where they showcased their love story and ultimately tied the knot in September of that year. Since then, they have appeared in various spinoff shows, including “90 Day Fiancé: What Now?” and “Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days.”

“The day has finally come, I’m getting a natural mommy makeover,” she captioned an Instagram selfie of herself with her doctor Monday. “This is something I’ve wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on, but it’s a little different.”
The “90 Day Fiancé” star said a childhood friend referred her to Dr. Dev Vibhakar before revealing that she has “abdominal diastasis,” which is “uncomfortable” for her.
“So I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” Brovarnik continued. “We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs.
“Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go. Just like everything else, I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you.”
After the surgery, Brovarnik — who was lying in bed with bandages under her chin and on her chest — sent a video message to her fans about her surgeries.
