The couple was spotted outside the hotel, dressed in all-black outfits, waiting for their car. Although Alfallah concealed her mid-section with a jacket, there appeared to be no noticeable baby bump. The “Godfather” star added some jazz to his outfit with aviator sunglasses and a multicolored scarf.

The pair drove off in a black SUV, with the baby carrier in the back. Two days later, the news broke that the couple had given birth to a baby boy named Roman Pacino. Sources say that the parents are ecstatic.
Alfallah’s pregnancy was confirmed by Pacino’s representative in May. The couple has kept most of their relationship out of the public eye, but Pacino allegedly asked his girlfriend to take a paternity test to confirm that he was the father.
