Angus Cloud did not leave suicide note before his death: report

Angus Cloud, the 25-year-old actor known for his role in the TV series “Euphoria,” tragically passed away last month. According to TMZ, there was no suicide note found at the scene of his shocking death. Law enforcement sources have revealed that the absence of a note supports the theory that Cloud accidentally overdosed while grieving the loss of his father. The official cause of death has not yet been disclosed.

TheFantasyTimes has reached out to Cloud’s representative for a statement. After his passing, Cloud’s family released a statement implying that he had taken his own life. However, his mother, Lisa Cloud, later reassured fans that her son’s last day was a joyful one and that he had no intention of ending his life.

In their initial statement, the family expressed their deep sorrow at saying goodbye to such an incredible human being. They mentioned that Cloud had recently buried his father and was struggling immensely with the loss. The family found solace in the belief that Cloud was now reunited with his beloved father, who had been his best friend. They also acknowledged Cloud’s openness about his mental health battles and hoped that his passing would serve as a reminder to others that they are not alone and should seek support.

Lisa Cloud further explained in a follow-up Facebook post that despite her son’s grief over his father’s death, his last day was filled with joy. He was organizing his room and making plans to stay in the home he loved. He spoke about wanting to support his sisters in college and provide emotional and financial assistance to his mother.

Although Cloud seemed to be in good spirits with his friends before his death, he was undoubtedly still mourning his father’s loss. Lisa recalled their last moments together, expressing their love for each other and expecting to see each other in the morning.

As previously reported, Lisa called 911 around 11:30 a.m. to report a possible overdose when she discovered her son without a pulse. Cloud rose to fame for his role in “Euphoria” alongside Zendaya. His death was met with an outpouring of grief from friends and fans worldwide. Zendaya honored him with a heartfelt tribute on Instagram, describing Cloud as an infinitely beautiful person and expressing her gratitude for having known him as a brother. She reminisced about his warm eyes, bright smile, and infectious laughter, emphasizing the boundless light, love, and joy he brought into their lives.

Angus Cloud did not leave behind a suicide note before his shocking death at age 25 last month, TMZ reports.

Multiple law enforcement sources told the outlet that they did not find a note at the scene after the “Euphoria” star passed away on July 31.

The revelation seemingly supports the claim that he accidentally overdosed while grieving the loss of his father. An official cause of death has yet to be revealed.

TheFantasyTimes has reached out to Cloud’s rep for comment.

“Last week he buried his father and intensely struggled with this loss. The only comfort we have is knowing Angus is now reunited with his dad, who was his best friend,” the heartbreaking message continued.

“Angus was open about his battle with mental health and we hope that his passing can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and should not fight this on their own in silence.”
