Ariana Grande gets ‘Wicked’ tattoo amid Ethan Slater romance
Ariana Grande has recently acquired a new tattoo! In an interview with Allure, the renowned singer revealed her latest ink, which features Glinda the Good Witch. Grande expressed her affinity for spontaneous decision-making when it comes to tattoos, stating, “When they come to me, I just get them.” However, this particular tattoo had been on her mind for quite some time. She proudly displayed the “most recent” addition on the back of her right hand, explaining that it depicts Glinda from the original “Wizard of Oz” book by L. Frank Baum. Grande had been waiting for the perfect design to fill up her hand, and she believed that Glinda was the right choice.
Interestingly, Grande will be playing the role of Glinda the Good Witch in the upcoming “Wicked” movie, where she met her new partner, Ethan Slater. Although the details of her tattoo have not been revealed, it is located on her right hand and features Glinda the Good Witch.
Slater, a 31-year-old Broadway star famous for his portrayal of the titular character in “SpongeBob SquarePants,” will be acting as Boq in “Wicked.” News of their romantic involvement surfaced shortly after Grande’s separation from her husband Dalton Gomez. It is worth noting that Slater was previously married to Lilly Jay, his high school sweetheart and mother of his young son.
Despite the public scrutiny surrounding their relationship, Grande and Slater have chosen to keep their romance private. They have been seen together in various intimate moments, but have yet to officially confirm their status as a couple.
In addition to her love life, Grande has also made headlines for allegedly parting ways with her longtime manager Scooter Braun, a move that Demi Lovato reportedly also made. During her interview with Allure, Grande did not mention Slater or Braun, instead focusing on her r.e.m. beauty line’s Sweetener Foundation. She expressed her curiosity about people’s opinions and emotions regarding the product. Furthermore, Grande shared some of her personal beauty secrets, such as her obsession with lip gloss and her peculiar preference for a “button-nose contour.”

“When they come to me, I just get them,” the Grammy winner, 30, said. “This one I knew I wanted to get for a very long time.”
After showing the “most recent” tattoo on the back of her right hand, she explained, “It’s Glinda from the original L. Frank Baum [‘Wizard of Oz’] book.
“I waited forever to fill up this hand,” Grande continued. “I thought, ‘I’m gonna wait for the right thing to come along,’ and yeah, that felt very right.”

News broke of the co-star’s romance last month, days after Grande’s split from husband Dalton Gomez made headlines.
Slater, notably, was married to Lilly Jay when he joined the film’s cast, his high school sweetheart with whom he shares one young son.

The actor filed for divorce later that same month.
Jay had blasted Grande days prior, telling TheFantasyTimes that the “Sam & Cat” alum was “not a girl’s girl” and had made her family “collateral damage.”
However, a source told us at the time that while she was “rightfully upset because her marriage fell apart … Ariana and Ethan didn’t do anything wrong.”

The insider claimed Slater was separated from his partner for two months before romancing Grande.
While the couple have been pictured looking cozy on multiple occasions, they have yet to go public with their embattled relationship.
