Avril Lavigne and Tyga break up after 4 months of dating
As Avril Lavigne said “See you later, boy!” the couple has called it quits. Avril Lavigne and Tyga have broken up after dating for only four months. According to TMZ, the split was a mutual decision made a few weeks ago, and there are no hard feelings between them. The relationship simply ran its course, and both parties have moved on.
The “Girlfriend” singer was often seen wearing the custom $80,000 chain necklace that Tyga gifted her in March, and the “Rack City” rapper was busy making and promoting his latest singles.

The 38-year-old Lavigne and the 33-year-old Tyga were first romantically linked in February after being spotted at Nobu Malibu in Malibu, California. At that time, Lavigne was still engaged to Mod Sun, 36. However, shortly after, Lavigne and Mod confirmed their split. The two had been having some issues which caused them to split and get back together again multiple times before ending their relationship for good. Cheating was not the cause of their split, according to TMZ.

Two weeks after their first link-up, Tyga and Lavigne were seen together again, and they confirmed their relationship with a kiss during Paris Fashion Week on March 6. The couple was spotted multiple times afterward, even donning matching leather outfits in Paris. Since then, they have remained fairly low-key until news of their split.
Reps for Tyga and Lavigne have not commented on the breakup yet.
