However, despite their public statements, they have not exchanged a single word with each other, as reported by US Weekly. The pair have each spoken out on social media about the demise of their 14-month marriage after the Iranian-born actor, 29, filed for divorce from the “Gimme More” hitmaker, 41, this week.
But despite that, they haven’t actually said a single word to each other, US Weekly reports.
Meanwhile, sources told TMZ that all communication between the two subsequently ended since Asghari packed up and left the pop star’s home this week.
The outlet adds that all communication, negotiations and divorce proceedings discussions will now be handled by each of their legal teams.

Spears spoke out about the divorce for the first time Friday night, admitting she’s “a little shocked” by the turn of events.
The “Toxic” singer spoke out about the pair’s separation for the first time on Instagram, saying it is “honestly nobody’s business but I couldn’t take the pain anymore.”
“As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together … 6 years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked,” the pop star wrote on Instagram alongside a video of herself dancing.
“I’m not here to explain why because it’s honestly nobody’s business !!! But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!!” she continued. “In some sort of telepathic way I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you !!!”
Spears said she’s “been playing it strong for way too long,” adding that her Instagram shows a life that is “far from reality.”
“I would love to show my emotions and tears on how I really feel but (for) some reason I’ve always had to hide my weaknesses,” she said, adding that if she “wasn’t my dad’s strong soldier, I would be sent away to places to get fixed by doctors.”
