Carrie Underwood shows off incredible abs in green bikini
Country music superstar Carrie Underwood proved that she never skips ab day as she flaunted her toned tummy in a green halter bikini over the weekend, while flashing a peace sign.
Underwood shared a selfie on her Instagram Stories Sunday, along with the caption, “Finally…sunshine! Haven’t seen the sun in 6 days…feels good!”
The “Before He Cheats” hitmaker paired her Heidi Klein bikini ($160) with gold-rimmed Ray-Ban sunglasses ($178) that matched the metallic accents on her top.

Earlier this year, Underwood spoke with People about her evolving approach to fitness. She said, “I feel like earlier in my career I was working out more to be a certain size or fit into a certain aesthetic that I thought I wanted to be. And now I feel like I work out more to be strong and to have energy and longevity.”
“It really is playing the long game, right? I’ve worked out a whole lot and been frustrated because it wasn’t the results that I wanted. I feel like now at this point in my life, you really do learn that it is a lifestyle, it’s balance. It is overall taking care of yourself.”

After her big win on the American Idol show in 2005, Underwood suffered from a dangerous dieting pattern that saw her eating as few as 800 calories per day, as she told Women’s Health in 2007. But these days, she’s seemingly in a much better place when it comes to her body, and she’s proud to show it off.
