Chad Michael Murray, wife Sarah Roemer welcome third baby
Chad Michael Murray has entered the world of parenthood once again, eight years after he and his wife, Sarah Roemer, started their family. The beloved “One Tree Hill” actor took to his Instagram Story on Saturday to announce the arrival of their third child. Alongside a heartwarming image of their daughter, Murray wrote, “Heart full #family ❤️. She’s here!” The photo showcased their newborn wearing adorable pink, gray, blue, and white striped pajamas, with a heart-shaped birthmark on one of her ankles.
Roemer also shared the exciting news on her own Instagram, using the same sweet snapshot. “Our baby girl arrived last week with a heart on her ankle,” she wrote. “We are so in love! 💕 Soaking up all the baby squishy moments that go by all too fast.” The couple had previously welcomed a son and a daughter in 2015 and 2017, respectively, but their names have never been publicly disclosed.
In July, Murray, 41, revealed to his Instagram followers that baby number three was on the way. He captioned a photo of Roemer, 38, cradling her growing belly in a white dress and patriotic scarf with, “Baby #3 loading… ❤️. Anyone know any new gadgets for babies? It’s been a bit since we had one.” The couple has chosen to keep their children’s names a secret.
Not only does the “Gilmore Girls” star maintain privacy when it comes to his children, but he also keeps details about his relationship with Roemer under wraps. The couple began dating in 2014 and got engaged later that same year. They tied the knot in January 2015.
Although they seldom share about each other on social media, Murray took the opportunity to express his love and appreciation for Roemer on Mother’s Day last year. He wrote, “For me, growing up with a single father most of my life, I never truly knew the importance of a mother until I had the honor of watching you carry this family on your back from the moment our son was born. Our babies know just how lucky they are to have you as their Mama. I love you dearly🌹. We love you dearly. Thank you so much for being the incredible human, woman, wife, and mother you are.”
