Gina Kirschenheiter blasts ‘calculated’ Heather Dubrow as friendship begins to crack
Gina Kirschenheiter raised doubts about the authenticity of her friendship with Heather Dubrow on a recent episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” Kirschenheiter recounted the cast trip to Montana with her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, and recalled how Dubrow advised her not to share her emotional reaction to her ex-husband’s infidelity. Kirschenheiter expressed her disappointment to Mullen, feeling that Dubrow’s actions were calculated rather than genuine concern. She also mentioned that Dubrow did not check in with her after the incident. During a group dinner, Dubrow further upset Kirschenheiter by encouraging her to be cautious when discussing her ex-husband with her current boyfriend. Kirschenheiter was hurt by Dubrow’s lack of concern and questioned the authenticity of their friendship. Upon returning home, Kirschenheiter confided in Mullen about her feelings towards Dubrow, expressing her upset with her behavior. Mullen assured her that she could always talk to him about her emotions and encouraged her to have a conversation with Dubrow. Although hesitant at first, Kirschenheiter acknowledged that the situation was messy and decided to address it. Kirschenheiter previously hinted at the rocky nature of her friendship with Dubrow during the current season of the show. Despite their conflicts, Dubrow claimed that their relationship is now solid after addressing and resolving their issues. “The Real Housewives of Orange County” airs on Bravo on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET.
Gina Kirschenheiter questioned how genuine Heather Dubrow is as their friendship started to head south on Wednesday’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”
Kirschenheiter was rehashing the cast trip to Montana with her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, when she recalled Dubrow encouraging her to not tell Mullen that she had gotten emotional reliving her ex-husband’s infidelity.
“It went from feeling, like, concern in the car before — to feeling calculated,” Kirschenheiter told Mullen when explaining the situation.

Kirschenheiter, 39, and Dubrow, 54, previously had a heart-to-heart conversation in the car during the group trip to Montana, but Kirschenheiter admitted to feeling strange after Dubrow didn’t let her call Mullen and never checked in with her after the fact.
“I didn’t wanna call you, because Heather made me feel like I shouldn’t call you, but then Heather didn’t text me or call me or check in with me. She didn’t even care,” she vented to Mullen.
Kirschenheiter further explained to Mullen that she found Dubrow’s intentions even more “disappointing” the next night during a group dinner.

The “RHOC” stars were discussing the trip when the topic of Kirschenheiter expressing her feelings about her ex-husband to her current boyfriend came up again.
“I want you to work through this Gina, because you have somebody who is with you right now, and I worry about how much longer…” Shannon Beador began before Dubrow cut her off.
Dubrow then finished her sentence, stating, “[How much longer] he’s gonna put up with that.”

“Don’t say how long he’s gonna put up with that, Heather!” Kirschenheiter immediately cried. “Put up with what? These are my feelings, he’s gonna put up with it!
“I’m a real person don’t say things like that. That’s hurtful.”
Kirschenheiter added in a confessional that she’s both “surprised and hurt” by Dubrow for not having “any concern” for her after their candid chat.

“It’s like she’s making a total spectacle about my issues and my problems, and I’m really questioning whether Heather truly is my friend or not,” Kirschenheiter said.
Can’t get enough ‘Real Housewives?’
The mom of three continued analyzing the situation upon returning home from the trip and confessed to her boyfriend that she was most “upset” with Dubrow out of all her castmates.
“She started talking about you and ‘how much can Travis take’ or something like that, and I got f–king pissed,” she shared.

Kirschenheiter then began sobbing while recalling how “upsetting” the whole situation was because “[Heather’s] supposed to be my friend.”
Mullen assured her that she can “absolutely” confide in him about her feelings and encouraged her to have a conversation with Dubrow about how that whole interaction made her feel.
Kirschenheiter initially seemed hesitant, but took a deep breath before calling the whole situation a “mess.”

Kirschenheiter previously teased to TheFantasyTimes that she and Dubrow had a rocky friendship while filming the current season.
“I’m not gonna lie, this season, Heather and I went through it. We definitely did,” she said on a May episode of TheFantasyTimes’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast.
“It really was up and down for Heather and me this season. It got real.”
Kirschenheiter hinted at the disagreement when saying she felt Dubrow did “cross a line.”

“And when you cross those boundaries, that’s not OK with me,” Kirschenheiter said, adding that she was “very vocal when things were bothering” her.
Luckily for the two friends, it appears they were able to get on better terms. Dubrow spilled to us in April that she has a “solid” relationship with Kirschenheiter after they “addressed things and worked things out.”
