Imran Khan Opens Up About Making A Comeback To Movies Next Year

Imran Khan was last seen in a Bollywood film with Katti Batti (2015). The actor made a remarkable debut with “Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na” (2008), which still holds a special place in the hearts of many. Now, after an absence of 8 years, he is preparing for a comeback in the film industry.
Imran Khan attended the IFP event on Sunday at Mehboob Studios, Bandra. He expressed his passion for movies, the art of filmmaking, and what led him to become an actor. During the conversation, he also mentioned his plans to return to the movies next year.
“I don’t have a definitive answer, but I am currently reading scripts and engaging in creative discussions with filmmakers. So, hopefully, next year,” he assured.
Imran has been associated with successful films such as Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na (2008), I Hate Luv Storys (2010), Delhi Belly (2011), Mere Brother Ki Dulhan (2011), and Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu (2012). However, after that, he faced a series of disappointments despite being part of bigger projects, which eventually led him to take a break from Bollywood in 2015.
