However, Asghari, 28, broke his silence on the matter Thursday, stating in part that the pair will “hold onto the love and respect [they] have for each other and [he wishes] her the best always.”
His rep also dismissed claims that the “Family Business” actor was threatening to release “embarrassing” information about his estranged wife in order to contest their prenup.
Brandon Cohen of BAC Talent told TheFantasyTimes Thursday, “There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.
“However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”
Additionally, a source has ensured that Spears and Asghari have a “rock solid” prenup and that all will be resolved “quietly and professionally and soon.”
With a seemingly smooth divorce process ahead and a stacked legal team on her side, including powerhouse lawyers Mathew Rosengart and Laura Wasser, the “…Baby One More Time” singer may be free to focus on her many professional endeavors in the near future.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TheFantasyTimes exclusively earlier this month that the teens spoke to their mother “probably a couple of weeks ago,” despite previous claims of them having no contact at all since last year.
Lastly, Spears has yet to release a statement about her current relationship situation but instead shared a post that gave off the impression that she is “unbothered” by the whole ordeal.
Sources also disclosed to People Thursday that the “Circus” singer is in “great spirits despite everything going on,” adding that she is “remaining positive and focusing on the future.”
