Jamie Foxx and girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp kiss while shopping
Jamie Foxx and his girlfriend, Alyce Huckstepp, were spotted engaging in a rare display of public affection during a shopping trip earlier this week. The couple, who were photographed in Los Angeles on Monday, shared a sweet kiss as they enjoyed an afternoon outing. After leaving a store, Foxx kindly opened the backseat door of their car for Huckstepp. She lovingly grabbed his face with both hands and smiled before they leaned in for a kiss. Foxx waved goodbye as Huckstepp drove off. Prior to their shopping trip, the couple had visited Cannes, France, in May 2022, sparking rumors of a romance. They also recently enjoyed a romantic Labor Day Weekend getaway in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
During their outing, Foxx, who is 55 and an Oscar winner, wore a black T-shirt, gray jeans, white sneakers, and a cream-colored fedora hat. Huckstepp matched him in dark athleisure wear and white tennis shoes. Not much is known about their relationship, as Foxx is notoriously private and Huckstepp does not have a social media presence.
Foxx appears to be in good spirits and health following a three-month hospital stay. In April, his eldest daughter, Corinne, revealed that he had experienced a mysterious “medical complication,” but did not provide further details. His condition was serious enough that family members reportedly traveled to be by his side. However, he is now communicating and recovering well.
Foxx made his first public appearance in July, smiling and waving from a boat in the Chicago River. He was later seen golfing with friends at a Topgolf in Naperville, Illinois. In a later Instagram video, he emotionally shared that he had gone through a challenging health scare but did not disclose specific details. Despite the tough journey, Foxx assured his followers that he was on the road to recovery and would be returning to work soon.
Recently, Foxx filmed a commercial for BetMGM, marking his first project since his recovery. Actress Kristen Radford Thom, who co-starred in the campaign, described Foxx as kind, humble, hilarious, and full of energy on set. While he was open about his situation with the cast and crew, he did not reveal the exact details of what had happened to him.

After the pair exited a store, they made their way to a curbside car, whose backseat door Foxx sweetly opened for Huckstepp.
Clearly touched by the gesture, the curly-haired blond lovingly grabbed the handsome actor’s face with both hands and smiled before they leaned in to lock lips.
Foxx grinned and waved as Huckstepp’s vehicle drove off.

In April, his eldest daughter, Corinne, revealed that her father had experienced a mysterious “medical complication” but did not elaborate.
Foxx’s condition was reportedly “serious enough” that members of his family allegedly traveled into town to be by his side.
“He’s communicating now, and that’s good news,” a source told TMZ at the time.

The father of two was not seen publicly until July when he was spotted smiling and waving from a boat in the Chicago River.
Shortly after, he was snapped golfing with friends at a Topgolf in Naperville, Ill.
Foxx spoke out for the first time about his health scare later that month, choosing to keep specific details under wraps.
“I went through something I thought I would never, ever go through,” he shared in an emotional Instagram video with his followers, assuring them that although he was neither “blind” nor “paralyzed,” he “went to hell and back.”

“It was tough, man,” he said. “I was sick.”
The “Django Unchained” star acknowledged that “a lot of people were waiting or wanting to hear an update” from him, but he just didn’t want his fans to see him in that condition.
“I want you to see me laughing, having a good time, partying, cracking a joke, doing a movie or a television show,” he explained through tears.
“I didn’t want you to see me with tubes running out of me and trying to figure out if I was going to make it through.”

Nonetheless, he assured everyone he was on “the road to recovery” and would be back to work soon.
