Kristin Davis is not looking to “waste energy” on getting involved in the drama. “You have to respect people’s wishes. I’m not gonna waste energy on it. I can’t change anybody,” Davis told The Telegraph. While she understands fans’ feelings, she wishes she could fix the situation.
It was recently revealed that Cattrall filmed a “cliffhanger” scene for the upcoming Season 2 of the hit Max spinoff. Sources said the 66-year-old made a hugely “hush-hush” cameo that left no paper trail to tip off show workers beforehand — her name never even appeared on a call sheet. Season 2 will premiere on the newly rechristened Max with 11 episodes on June 22.
A third season of “And Just Like That” has not yet been confirmed. Things went awry between Cattrall and Parker back in 2010 following the release of the second sequel film, prompting the pair to trade verbal volleys for years. Their alleged feud seemingly kicked off when Cattrall dismissed starring in a third “Sex and the City” movie and suggested that she and her castmates “were never friends” and merely shot scenes together.
The situation appeared to worsen when Parker reached out to Cattrall on social media after the 2018 death of her brother. “I don’t need your love or support at this tragic time @sarahjessicaparker,” responded Cattrall.

“I do understand fans’ feelings — that they’re upset … I wish I could fix it, but I can’t, it’s not in my power,” added Davis, who recently admitted she was “ridiculed relentlessly” for her use of fillers.
