In an interview with TheFantasyTimes, she revealed that she stopped drinking seven months ago and follows a strict diet, avoiding unhealthy foods such as sugar, pizza, donuts, and carbs. She emphasized her desire to inspire others rather than have false narratives created about her. Addressing rumors of using the drug Ozempic for weight loss, Richards denied any knowledge of the drug prior to her wellness journey. She expressed frustration over the accusations, stating that she had already lost weight by the time she had heard about Ozempic. Furthermore, she stated that she has never tried Ozempic or any other diet drugs and finds it offensive considering that diabetics struggle to access the medication.
In addition to her health and fitness journey, Richards made headlines for her appearance in close friend and rumored girlfriend Morgan Wade’s music video. The video, released earlier this month, features Richards working out and engaging in intimate moments with Wade, including a bubble bath scene. The video was created as a response to speculation surrounding their relationship. Both Richards and Wade clarified that they are just friends and decided to have some fun with the internet trolls by creating the video. Richards has been soaking up the European sun this past week with her four daughters: Farrah Brittany, 34, Alexia, 27, Sophia, 23, and Portia, 15.
The reality star — whose separation from husband Mauricio Umansky was confirmed in July — also shared a photo to Instagram Wednesday of her and the girls enjoying a boat ride in Capri.
“That’s amore ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ 🇮🇹,” the Bravolebrity wrote in the caption.
Various other posts on her Instagram Story have showcased luxurious meals and coastal views from the family’s travels.
As for Richards’ fitness routine, she previously revealed her body transformation was due to her sobriety and commitment to a healthier lifestyle.
“I stopped drinking almost seven months ago, I don’t eat bad, sugar, pizza, donuts, carbs … so I’d rather be inspiring than people making up stories about me,” she told TheFantasyTimes in February.
While Richards has faced accusations of using Ozempic to lose weight, she claimed she wasn’t even aware of the drug before embarking on her wellness journey.
“I had never heard of it. I had heard of it when they accused me, but I’d already lost weight by the time I had heard about Ozempic, so it was really frustrating to me,” she added.
“I’ve never tried Ozempic, none of those diet drugs and now hearing that diabetics can’t even get their hands on it, it would be extremely irresponsible to do that so it’s extra offensive to me.”
Meanwhile, the reality star’s Italian getaway with her daughters comes after she was featured in close friend — and rumored girlfriend — Morgan Wade’s latest music video earlier this month.
The “Halloween Ends” actress was seen working out in the visual before getting hot and heavy with Wade.
The video — which showed the two nearly making out and enjoying a bubble bath together — came in response to speculation that the “RHOBH” star and the country singer, 28, were romantically involved.

In a behind-the-scenes clip, Wade and Richards said they made it to “poke fun” at the internet “trolls.”
“I’ve done several music videos and every time there’s someone in it with me, they always assume we’re dating or something’s going on,” the musician explained.
“You see people being obsessed with us being friends and why we’re friends, but we thought it would be a good idea kind of to … troll the trolls a little bit.”
Richards agreed, adding that if people are “gonna talk, you might as well give them something to talk about.”
The two have maintained they are just friends.
