Kylie Jenner reveals son Aire’s name has animal connection
Even though Kylie Jenner decided not to name her son Wolf, the name she chose, Aire, still has an animal association.
In the latest episode of the Hulu show “Kardashians,” the reality star revealed that the name Aire means “Lion of God” in Hebrew.
Jenner, 25, explained to her best friend Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou that she always wanted a name with meaning for her son. She also mentioned that she liked that Aire is a Hebrew name.
When Jenner gave birth to her son with Travis Scott in February 2022, she initially named him Wolf. However, she immediately regretted the decision.

“That night, I cried in the shower, and I was like, ‘That’s not his name. What did I just do? Wolf?'” she recalled. “It wasn’t even on the list.”
Jenner attributed her decision to change the name to her “raging” postpartum hormones. She said, “That took me out. It was like, ‘I’m too emotional. He’s so special to me. There’s not a name good enough for him.'”
Although Jenner shared Wolf’s original name with her fans after his birth, she never actually called him by that name.

Even after deciding against Wolf, Kylie Jenner’s son Aire’s name still has an animal association.
The “Kardashians” star revealed in Thursday’s episode of the Hulu show that the 1-year-old’s name means “Lion of God” in Hebrew.

When the reality star gave birth to her and Travis Scott’s baby boy in February 2022, she named the infant Wolf — but immediately regretted the decision.
