Madonna’s son David keeps protective hold on singer as they skip town ahead of her milestone 65th birthday

Madonna is embarking on a vacation before her 65th birthday, as captured in exclusive photos by TheFantasyTimes. The famous “Material Girl” singer was seen leaving town with her 17-year-old son, David Banda. Despite recent health concerns, Madonna appeared to be in good health and high spirits, with David’s arm around her shoulder as they were spotted at JFK Airport in New York City on Wednesday. She donned an oversized blue jacket, black track pants, and a cap that read “Spiritually Hungry,” while David sported a black sweatsuit, sunglasses, and headphones, pushing a Louis Vuitton suitcase. In one photo, David covered his mother’s face as she hid behind her black shades. The duo seemed to be escaping town ahead of Madonna’s upcoming 65th birthday. Accompanying them was a man who appeared to be her bodyguard.

Although their destination remains unknown, Madonna’s milestone birthday is approaching on August 16. This outing marked one of her first public appearances since the postponement of her Celebration Tour due to a health scare. In several snaps, David attempted to shield his mother’s face with his hand. Madonna was also seen with a bodyguard by her side. In June, TheFantasyTimes reported that the Grammy winner was rushed to the hospital after being found unresponsive. Her manager, Guy Oseary, shared on Instagram that she had developed a serious bacterial infection, leading to a stay in the ICU. However, he assured fans that she was expected to fully recover. Prior to her hospitalization, Madonna had been dedicating long hours to rehearsing for her tour. According to an insider, she had been putting in 12-hour days. This recent outing comes a month after her health scare. Following the medical emergency, Madonna announced plans to reschedule her tour dates. She expressed gratitude for the support and patience of her fans and assured them that the updated tour schedule would be announced soon.
