Megan Fox rips ‘psychos’ who called her out for promoting pal’s GoFundMe

Megan Fox responded to fans who accused her of being “stingy” for not donating to her friend’s GoFundMe.

The actress addressed the issue on her Instagram Story on Thursday after requesting her followers to donate to a cancer fund for her nail technician Brittney Boyce’s father.

“Hey weirdos,” she wrote. “Have any of you considered that maybe Brittney doesn’t want her celebrity clients to donate large amounts of money because it creates an uncomfortable dynamic in her working relationships?”

Fox, who is 39 years old, explained that Boyce only asked her to share the GoFundMe page, which now has a goal of $60,000.

“I simply obliged her request. Anything she needs from me personally, she will ask, and I will do it privately,” the actress continued.

“You’re not going to accuse me of being stingy or lacking generosity. So try again on another day (probably tomorrow!) with some different nonsense, you bunch of psychos.”

The response from the “Jennifer’s Body” star comes after she received criticism on Tuesday for not personally contributing to the funds, despite having a net worth of around $8 million.

“If I had as much money as her, I would cover 100% of a friend’s parent’s medical expenses before asking strangers to,” one fan wrote on a Reddit forum.

“The highest donation is only $300 and it’s not anonymous. She should contribute herself and lead the way,” another added.

“She could have contributed privately, like through Zelle or something similar. I can’t imagine a person being so oblivious and not contributing, especially if they have the amount of money she does, but who knows,” a third person chimed in.

“My dad is literally the best person, dad, husband & grandpa. This doesn’t seem fair,” Boyce wrote on the GoFundMe page.

“I know things are tough for everyone right now, but if you’re able to donate or share, it would really help. He picked up his first prescription yesterday and it wasn’t covered by insurance. The cost of that alone was $1000 and it’s not even a full month’s supply.”

When speaking about the “Bloody Valentine” musician in 2021, Boyce told TheFantasyTimes, “He’s one of my favorite clients.”

She explained at the time that MGK keeps her on her toes with his creative requests.

“I get a lot of people who just ask me, ‘What’s in?’ and then I tell them and we do it. But with him, I really have to think ahead because he is so artistic and he has so many great ideas,” she said.

Megan Fox clapped back at fans after they accused her of “lacking generosity” for not contributing to her friend’s GoFundMe.

The “Transformers” star addressed the matter on her Instagram Story Thursday after asking her followers to donate to a cancer fund for her nail tech Brittney Boyce’s father.

“hey weirdos,” she wrote. “do any of you have the emotional intelligence to consider that maybe brit doesn’t want her celebrity clients donating large sums of money to her because it creates a dynamic in her working relationships that makes her uncomfortable?”

Fox, 39, explained that Boyce simply asked her to share the GoFundMe page, which now has a goal of $60,000.

“i just obliged her request anything she needs from me personally she will ask and i will do it privately,” the actress continued.

“one thing you’re not going to accuse me of it being miserly or lacking generosity. so try again on another day (probably tmrw!) with some different bullshit you bunch of psychos.”
