Rana Daggubati Announces Historical Series “Lords of the Deccan” At Comic Con USA; To Steam On Sony LIV —
Based on the bestselling Indian book “Lords of The Deccan: Southern India from Chalukyas to Cholas” by Anrirudh Kanisetti, this series takes us on a journey back in time to witness the rise of the Chalukyas, a powerful dynasty that shaped the history of southern India for centuries. “Lords of the Deccan” was the author’s debut work and quickly became one of the most talked-about history books of 2022. It even received the prestigious Book of the Year (Non-Fiction) Award at The Mumbai LitFest.
