The Cannes Lions Festival of 2023 left even one of the most outspoken cast members of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” speechless.
Season 13 breakout star Jennifer Fessler told TheFantasyTimes exclusively Monday at Spotify Beach, “This is glamorous. This is setting the bar. I’m not thinking the bar is gonna go any higher than this.”

The Bravolebrity, 54, was accompanying her husband, attorney Jeff Fessler, on a work trip in the South of France when she made a last-minute stop in Cannes at the behest of TheFantasyTimes’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast co-hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real.
Magic struck when Murphy and Real saw Jennifer posting about her European travels on her Instagram Story and invited her to a special taping at Spotify Beach, where a slew of top-tier creators were invited to record podcast episodes from the scenic coastline.
While TheFantasyTimes was ecstatic she agreed to make her way from Nice to Cannes solely for “Virtual Reali-Tea,” Jennifer claimed she was even more thrilled than us.
“Who would have thought that I would have ended up at Club Spotify here in, like, the middle of Cannes at this content creator festival with my two favorites?” she enthused.
While the entire setting at Cannes Lions is quite glamorous — between yacht parties, endless rosé and celebrity sightings — Jennifer joked that she doesn’t fit in.
“On any given Monday for the past 50-almost-five years I would have been, like, trying to will myself into a pair of Lululemons, probably then taking them off and then getting back into bed ’cause after all, it was Monday and that was too much to deal with,” she said with a laugh.
“I would not be here in Cannes.”
