‘RHONY’ star Jessel Taank throws up at show’s premiere party
Her stomach simply couldn’t handle it.
According to multiple eyewitnesses who spoke exclusively to TheFantasyTimes, Jessel Taank, the incoming star of “Real Housewives of New York City,” fell ill at the show’s fancy premiere party on Wednesday night and vomited “all over” the Rainbow Room.
“She did it right on the carpet,” one source said, noting that she also vomited “another time, too.”
Two additional sources revealed that the fashion publicist went into a private bathroom away from the event and vomited into the sink.
We were informed that Taank, 43, started feeling nauseated and left the red carpet early, but ultimately succumbed to her upset stomach shortly after Andy Cohen delivered his welcoming remarks.
“She looked very pale and wasn’t smiling or interacting with a lot of people,” our first source explained.
“At one point, she sat at a table by herself to catch her breath for a bit, and people pretty much left her alone.”
Immediately after Cohen’s speech, Taank was escorted out with her belongings placed into bags, but she didn’t make it to the exit before getting sick again.
“She was holding her stomach and had her hand over her mouth,” the source added. “She then stopped and vomited at the top of the stairs. … It appeared to be just liquid and was quickly absorbed into the carpet.”
We were informed that Bravo PR had to direct attendees around the stained area.

Multiple sources also confirmed to us that alcohol was not a factor and insisted that she was genuinely ill.

“She had flown in from Greece the night before and was running on no sleep,” says a source close to the new reality star.
“Absolutely no alcohol was involved. It really could’ve been lack of sleep.”
Reps for Taank confirmed her illness but provided no additional comment.
The upcoming 14th season of “RHONY” features an entirely new cast of women, whom Cohen, 55, described at the Rainbow Room party as the “right group” for the show.
“Reinventing ‘RHONY.” Wow. How do you do that? What a task,” he told the crowd. “How to reboot a show with a legacy as brilliant as ‘RHONY’ and with a group of all-stars who really made that show what it was?
“And the answer seemed simple: just find a new group of women! No biggie!” he joked. “And guess what? We found the right group of women.”
