Nonetheless, the high seas were the farthest point they could reach, and they remained floating in the Cannes harbor with limited views. One observer states, “People were so desperate they literally tried to float their way into the concerts.”
The desperation did not end at the shoreline as hundreds, if not thousands, of individuals lined up along the Croisette to witness the famous artists illuminate the beach. Spotify employees at the entrance were also overwhelmed by the number of people attempting to finagle their way inside to no avail. Those fortunate enough to be granted entry not only witnessed epic concerts but also glimpsed heavily pregnant Rihanna supporting her rapper partner.
The “Diamonds” singer wore a sheer dress for her night on the French Riviera, beaming as Rocky gave his “beautiful wife” a shout-out from the stage. The long-standing couple, who are expecting their second child, also made an appearance at the Louis Vuitton show in Paris earlier in the week.
