Sam Asghari seen sans wedding ring less than a month before Britney Spears split rumors
Sam Asghari appeared to hint at the troubles in his marriage to Britney Spears in the weeks leading up to their rumored split. The actor, 29, shared a series of photos on Instagram on July 31, and it was noticeable that he wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. In the caption, he expressed gratitude for the love and support his followers showed during his mother’s recovery after an accident. He thanked the medical staff at Cedars-Sinai ER and mentioned the importance of cherishing life’s precious moments. He also mentioned taking a break from social media to focus on what truly matters. Lynne Spears, Britney’s mother, commented with a heart emoji, but there was no mention of the missing ring. However, it was observed that both Sam and Britney had not been wearing their wedding rings for several months.
In March, Britney went on vacation with her longtime friend and manager, Cade Hudson, and Sam was not present. Paparazzi photos showed both Britney and Sam in different locations without their rings. Sam’s representative clarified at the time that there was no trouble in their relationship and Sam simply took off his ring because he was filming a movie. Since then, the couple has not been seen wearing their wedding rings.
A few days later, Britney continued her vacation without her wedding ring. She posted a video from her trip to Puerto Rico, still not wearing the ring. During that same week, she was seen with a man who was said to be a member of her security personnel at a Starbucks in Puerto Rico. An eyewitness overheard them speaking in Spanish and saw them leave together in the same car.
Despite the speculation and rumors, Sam celebrated their first wedding anniversary two months later, sharing a photo of him and Britney wearing their wedding rings. However, Britney’s Instagram account was deactivated during that time.
Recently, Britney was accused of cheating on Sam, leading to a heated dispute between them. Sources claim that it’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce. Neither Sam nor Britney has addressed the rumors, and their representatives have not responded to requests for comment.
Britney and Sam got married in a fairy tale wedding in June 2022. They had been dating since 2016 and remained strong throughout Britney’s controversial conservatorship, which was terminated in November 2021. Prior to their marriage, they signed a prenuptial agreement that favored Britney.

“Sending a huge thank you to the amazing medical staff at Cedars-Sinai ER. Moments like these remind us of life’s preciousness. Taking a social media break to prioritize what truly matters. See you very soon.”
Lynne Spears commented under the post, “❤️ love this” and no mention was made about the missing ring.
However, Asghari – and even Britney herself – had both not been wearing their wedding bands for months.
In March, the pop icon, 41, went on vacation with her longtime friend and manager, Cade Hudson, and her husband was not present.
Paparazzi snapped both Britney and Asghari in separate locations at the time and they each did not have their rings on.
Asghari’s rep exclusively alleged to TheFantasyTimes at the time, however, that there was no trouble in paradise.
Brandon Cohen reaffirmed to us that his client simply took off his ring because he was “filming a movie.”
A few days later, Britney continued to live it up on vacation sans her matrimonial bling.
She posted a video set to Matt Hartke’s “London’s Song” from her trip to Puerto Rico and notably still had no sparkler on her left hand.
That same week, the “Toxic” singer was seen with a man who we were told was a member of her “security personnel” while at a Starbucks in Dorado, Puerto Rico.

An eyewitness also told TheFantasyTimes at the time that the alleged bodyguard, who was dressed in a striped T-shirt, a pair of khaki pants and black cap, was overheard speaking in Spanish.
“[He] ordered and [they] left in the same car together,” the source added.
Despite all the speculation, Asghari celebrated the couple’s first wedding anniversary just two months later.
“Happy 1 year to me & my better half,” the former personal trainer wrote alongside a photo of him and Britney wearing their wedding rings. Meanwhile, his wife’s Instagram was deactivated during the special occasion.
Earlier on Wednesday, Britney was accused of cheating on Asghari, according to sources who spoke to TMZ.
The married couple reportedly got into a heated dispute over the allegations and an insider noted, “It’s only a matter of time before Sam files for divorce.”
Asghari and Britney have yet to address the rumors. Their reps did not immediately return TheFantasyTimes’s repeated requests for comment.
Britney and Asghari tied the knot in a fairytale wedding in June 2022. The couple had been dating since 2016 and stood strong amid the Grammy winner’s controversial conservatorship, which was finally terminated in November 2021.
Prior to getting married, the pair signed a prenuptial agreement that a source told TheFantasyTimes was in the “Gimme More” singer’s “favor.”
