Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani play the roles of SatyaPrem and Katha respectively in the music video of the newly released song “Aaj Ke Baad” from the upcoming film “Satya Prem Ki Katha”. The T-Series released the soulful song on Saturday, which shows the on-screen couple performing various wedding rituals – engagement, Haldi, and garland exchange – on an extravagant set.
The two-minute-40 second-long music video features glimpses of Kartik’s SatyaPrem dancing during the Haldi ceremony and getting ready to marry the love of his life while Kiara’s Katha has a sullen face throughout the video, which is a stark contrast to SatyaPrem’s ecstatic expressions.
SatyaPrem comes face-to-face with Katha during the garland exchange and is bewildered by the sad expression on her face, but the reason behind Kiara’s sad expression is not revealed in the video. The video successfully pulls the audience towards the lavish wedding and the stunning locations.
The bride and groom look stunning in their matching white wedding outfits, and the only scene where SatyaPrem seems as sad as Katha is when he sees his bride saying goodbye to her parents before leaving for her in-laws’ house with him.
The Sameer Vidwans-directorial, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Shareen Mantri Kedia, and Kishor Arora, focuses on the love story of SatyaPrem and Katha, and also stars Supriya Pathak, Gajraj Rao, and Shikha Talsania. The film is set to release on June 29, 2021.
The song “Aaj Ke Baad” has been sung by Manan Bhardwaj and Tulsi Kumar, and the music video has already garnered a lot of attention from fans and critics alike.
