‘Sister Wives’ star Tony Padron posts photos of 100-pound weight loss
“Sister Wives” celebrity Tony Padron is flaunting his remarkable weight loss in stunning new photos, revealing that he has lost 100 pounds in just 10 months.
“Long-term consistency is the only way to achieve true weight loss,” Padron, who is married to Mykelti Brown, captioned a series of astonishing photos on Sunday.
The TLC personality mentioned that he weighed 320 pounds when he began his journey in September.
“I remember at the beginning actually being worried and anxious about weighing myself. Worried that I wouldn’t see any change in weight,” he said.
The 28-year-old shared a snapshot of a weight loss graph, which displayed a gradual downward slope until reaching 226.8 pounds on July 20.
“By adopting these long-term habits, I have been able to maintain a healthier lifestyle,” he continued.
“Taking the right supplements and staying committed to the gym.”
Padron shared snapshots of his progress, which depicted him slimmed down in the midst of a kitchen while wearing a black hat, t-shirt, shorts, and sneakers.

He then posed in another 10-month progress picture with his wife Brown, 27. In both pictures, he pulled back his curly hair to reveal the definition of his facial features.
A week prior, Padron hinted at his weight loss in another series of snapshots, which showed Brown joining him on the journey.

The 28-year-old attached a snap of a weight loss graph, which showed a “gradual slop downward” until reaching 226.8 pounds on July 20.

“Taking the right supplements and keeping that gym life.”

A week before, Padron teased his weight loss in another series of snaps, which showed Brown embarking on the journey with him.
The first snap showed the duo featured on the TLC show weighing their heaviest while lounging on a couch.
“For a long while now I have been very heavy and avocado like,” Padron captioned the post. “But I’ve made some changes and I’m getting closer and closer to a nicer shape.”
A second picture from earlier this month showed Padron in the gym and a shot of him and his wife beaming outdoors.
Padron shares twin sons Ace and Archer, 8 months, and Avalon, 2, with Brown, with whom he tied the knot in 2016
He married into the “Sister Wives” family, to which is led by Mykelti’s father, Kody Brown, 54,
The show first aired on TLC in 2010 and walked through the life of Kody and his four wives: Janielle, Meri, Christine and Robyn.
But the polygamist has since split from Meri and Christine.
