Slowed Down Animation Shows Just How Grisly Diablo 4 Werebear Transformation Is

A passionate Diablo 4 player has shared a slowed-down version of the Werebear transformation animation, which reveals the gruesome details of the process. The Druid of Diablo 4 has the ability to shapeshift into multiple forms, similar to Diablo 2: Lords of Destruction, but the Werebear transformation stands out as one of the most terrifying in the game due to its horrific animation.

The Druid was not included in Diablo 3, but Diablo 4 has rectified that mistake. The new version of the Druid is significantly different from the original character, but there are some overlapping themes. Unlike in Diablo 2, the Diablo 4 Druid no longer needs to summon companions as they are generated passively. Additionally, the transformations offer more detail, with the Werebear transformation being one of the most disturbing.

Reddit user JadonArey recently shared a clip of the Diablo 4 Druid Werebear animation slowed down to demonstrate its gory details. The video starts with a well-equipped Druid standing in place before activating the Werebear ability, causing their ax to disappear while the character flails their arms. The slowed-down animation of the Diablo 4 Druid contorts their body in a disturbing and graphic manner as they transform into the Werebear.

The slowed-down animation of the Diablo 4 class shows that the Druid’s upper body transforms quickly, while the legs are transformed after the head and torso. As the Druid’s leg armor dissolves into the same brown fur as the Werebear, it swipes the air in front of it in what looks like a basic attack. It is currently unclear whether this swipe is part of the Druid animation or if it can cause damage to opponents if they are in the right position, as JadonArey’s clip does not show any enemies in the frame.

The amount of detail that Blizzard put into the Diablo 4 Druid’s shape-shifting abilities is evident in the slowed-down transformation. As it was in Diablo 2, this transformation greatly enhances the player’s attack, making swarms of enemies and bosses less intimidating than having to fend them off with standard Diablo 4 gear.

Diablo 4 is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.

Slowed Down Animation Shows Just How Grisly Diablo 4 Werebear

A Diablo 4 fan slows down the Werebear transformation animation to show just how grisly it is. Just like in Diablo 2: Lords of Destructionthe Druid of Diablo 4 can shapeshift into multiple forms, but the Werebear transformation may be among the most terrifying in the game given how horrific the animation is.

Although Diablo 3 neglected to include the Druid, Diablo 4 has rectified the situation. The Diablo 4 Druid differs significantly from the original iteration of the character, but there are some overlapping themes as well. Unlike in Diablo 2the Diablo 4 Druid doesn’t have to summon companions as they generate passively, and the transformations offer more detail, with the Werebear one being among the most disturbing.

Reddit user JadonArey recently shared a clip of the Diablo 4 Druid Werebear animation slowed down to show all of its gory details. The video begins with a well-equipped Druid standing in place before activating the Werebear ability, causing their ax to disappear as the character flails their arms. The Diablo 4 Druid in the slowed-down animation contorts their body in a disturbing and graphic manner as they are transformed into the Werebear.

With the upper body of the Druid quickly transforming, the slowed-down animation of the Diablo 4 class shows that its legs are changed after its head and torso. As the Druid’s Diablo 4 leg armor dissolves into the same brown fur, the Werebear swipes the air in front of it in what resembles a basic attack. Given that JadonArey’s clip doesn’t show any enemies in the frame, it’s currently unclear if this swipe is strictly part of the Druid animation or if it can cause some damage to any opponents if they’re standing in the right place.

After being slowed down, the Diablo 4 Druid transformation shows how much detail Blizzard put into Diablo 4 and the Druid’s shape-shifting abilities. Just as it was in Diablo 2this Druid transformation significantly boosts the player’s attack, making swarms of enemies and bosses less intimidating than having to fend them off with standard Diablo 4 gear.

Diablo 4 is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
