Tom Schwartz flirts with Katie Flood
Tom Schwartz has his eyes on another woman named Katie. The star of “Vanderpump Rules” recently finalized his divorce from Katie Maloney in October 2022. In the trailer for Season 3 of “Winter House,” Schwartz flirts with Katie Flood, the chief stew from “Below Deck Mediterranean.” During a car ride, Flood, who is 31 years old, mentions that she is single. Schwartz, who is 40 years old and co-owns Schwartz & Sandy’s, responds sarcastically, “So, you come here often?” Flood laughs and says, “Goodbye!” In another scene, Flood admits to her castmates Danielle Olivera and Malia White that she has a crush on Schwartz. She expresses her attraction to him by saying, “I’m finding myself attracted to Tom.” The trailer also shows Schwartz telling Olivera, who stars in “Summer House,” that he thinks Flood is attractive but feels uncomfortable pursuing another woman named Katie. He asserts, “I can never hook up with someone named Katie.” However, this doesn’t seem to stop the two as they are teased to sneak into a bathroom together. At one point, Schwartz opens the door and throws Flood’s bra outside. Schwartz was previously married to his “Pump Rules” co-star Katie Maloney. While Schwartz explores a potential romance with Flood, Olivera, who broke up with chef Robert Sieber last year, pursues Alex Propson from “Below Deck Sailing Yacht.” Meanwhile, Kory Keefer provides an update on his relationship with his “Summer House” co-star Sam Feher. When asked if he plans to make Feher his girlfriend, Keefer admits uncertainty. Feher eventually joins the group in Steamboat Springs, Colo., where the “Winter House” Season 3 was filmed. Feher and White engage in an argument over Keefer, with White pointing out that Keefer hasn’t labeled Feher as his girlfriend. Feher becomes visibly upset and responds, “You clearly don’t respect our relationship.” “Winter House” Season 3 was filmed in February and March, and it will premiere on Bravo on Tuesday, October 24, at 9 p.m. ET.

“I’m obviously super single,” Flood, 31, tells Schwartz, 40, during a car ride in the teaser, which Bravo released Wednesday.
“So, you come here often?” the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner responds facetiously, to which the New Zealand native replies with a laugh, “Goodbye!”
Elsewhere in the trailer, Flood admits to castmates Danielle Olivera and Malia White that she is crushing on Schwartz.
“I’m finding myself attracted to Tom,” she says.
In another scene, Schwartz tells “Summer House” star Olivera, 34, that he thinks Flood is “so hot” but feels uncomfortable pursuing another woman named Katie.

“I can never hook up with someone named Katie,” he asserts, later adding in a confessional, “This is the universe f—king with me. It’s a good joke.”
But that doesn’t seem to stop the two: In a brief moment, it’s teased that Schwartz and Flood sneak into a bathroom to get it on — and at one point, he opens the door to toss her bra on the floor outside.
As Schwartz explores a potential romance with Flood, Olivera — who is single after splitting from chef Robert Sieber last year — does the same with “Below Deck Sailing Yacht” hunk Alex Propson.
Meanwhile, Kory Keefer provides an update on the status of his relationship with his “Summer House” co-star Sam Feher.
“We haven’t made it, like, exclusive,” he says after “Below Deck Mediterranean” star White and “Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard” star Jordan Emanuel each express interest in the gym owner.
When asked whether he plans to make Feher, 26, his girlfriend, Keefer, 33, admits, “I don’t know.”
Feher eventually arrives to the house in Steamboat Springs, Colo. — cohabitated by an array of Bravolebrities — where she proceeds to argue with White, 33, over the latter’s kitchen-kissing partner Keefer.
“He hasn’t labeled you his girlfriend,” White tells Feher. “But I respect what you guys are.”
A visibly incensed Feher then claps back, “You clearly don’t. Look at me. You clearly don’t!”
“Winter House” Season 3 was filmed in February and March. Feher went public with her and Keefer’s relationship in April, telling TheFantasyTimes at the time, “Kory’s my boyfriend! That is so weird. I haven’t had a boyfriend in so long!”
“Winter House” returns to Bravo Tuesday, Oct. 24, at 9 p.m. ET.
