Community Movie Filming Delay (& Donald Glover’s Return) Get Hopeful Update From Joel McHale

We’re shooting it next summer. [Donald Glover’s] coming back, and that’s really important. Well, the fact that we even got Donald to do it… that was the big piece. But, I think everyone’s coming back. So far, we’re pretty good, and I think that will happen.
The last time McHale provided an update on the Community movie, he mentioned that it was indefinitely delayed by the writers’ strike. However, he expressed his optimism that filming could commence once the strike ended.
