One side quest that players can embark on is Do No Harm, which becomes available during the Bolts from the Blue main quest. However, players can only access this side quest after Clive has completed the Getting to Work sub-objective. Once that’s done, Clive can start the quest by interacting with the quest-giver.
To begin the quest, Clive needs to speak with Rodrigue, Physicker, an NPC found in The Infirmary area of The Hideaway. Rodrigue explains that he is scheduled to perform surgery to remove a brand from a patient’s face, but he’s worried about what might happen if he fails. He asks Clive to gather some Ormonethe leaves that have pain-relieving properties to make the operation more bearable for the patient.
To find the Errmonea leaves, Clive should fast-travel to Hawk’s Cry Cliff, just west of The Hideaway, and head north. Along the way, Clive will encounter Level 28 Agitated Hornets and Level 28 Riled Raptors. However, these foes are easy to defeat, especially if players have unlocked the Flames of Rebirth ability. After defeating them, Clive should continue heading north until he reaches the edge overlooking the flowing river. Three green quest markers highlight the exact location of the Errmonea Leaves. To collect them, Clive must hold down the X button while facing each quest marker. Once he has collected all three Errmonea Leaves, he can fast-travel back to The Hideaway to give them to Rodrigue.
Returning to The Infirmary, Clive can give Rodrigue the Errmonea Leaves he collected. Rodrigue thanks him for his assistance and notes that three Errmonea Leaves will make the surgery painless for the patient. Although still nervous about the operation, Clive assures him that there’s nothing to worry about and that he believes Rodrigue is more than capable of performing the procedure without incident. Regaining his confidence, Rodrigue rewards Clive with 40 Sharp Fangs and 40 Steelsilk, which players can use to craft and upgrade gear.
