From the tablet, travel to the southeastern shore of the island. To save time, you can climb over the wall near the slabs. Look for a stone statue that resembles a snarling dragon’s head where the land meets the water. There are a few such statues along the shoreline, so make sure to find the one near the southeast side. Buried stone slabs lead along the island shore. Follow the makeshift spine to reach its tail end, where you will encounter a flat stone area just past two stone pillars. The above map screenshot outlines the precise location.
Activate the Vow of Rio. Riju must be following you. Take out your bow and aim an arrow at the spine’s tail end. Fire a shot at the tail, and lightning should strike. The lightning will cause the flat stone slab to rise and reveal a hidden chamber. You should see a treasure chest. Open the chest for three Topaz to complete The Long Dragon side quest.
